At Craft Gift, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery timeframe is:

Delivery Locations

We deliver to all Pin codes across India. However, some remote areas may experience delays of 2-3 additional days. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours of order placement.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number to track your package in real-time on our tracking page or directly on the courier partner's website.

For orders with same-day or express delivery, tracking updates will be sent via SMS for real-time updates.

What If My Order Doesn't Arrive?

In case your order doesn't arrive within the promised timeline:

• We will investigate the issue with the courier partner immediately
• If the package is lost, we will either send a replacement or process a full refund
• Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within India. For international orders, please contact our sales team at support@craftgift.in for special arrangements.

Return Shipping

If you need to return a product:

• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer (unless the item is defective or damaged)
• For defective or damaged items, we will arrange a free return pickup
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
